She was predeceased by: her husband Leslie. She is survived by: her children, Annie, Simon and Attila (Karen); her grandchildren, Matthew, Dylan, Alexandria, Lauren, Taylor, Sawyer, Hayden and Marissa; her brother John (Kathy); and her nieces, Erika (Paul) and Dianna (Glen).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Diabetes Foundation in Eva's honour.
