With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Faye Frances Mlacak of Toronto, Ontario, born in Windsor, Ontario, who passed away on November 11, 2020 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Willy; her children, Conor (Theresa) and Kate (Peter); and her parents, Alice Urban and Archie Urban. She was also cherished by her three granddaughters.
Over the coming days there will be a visitation and mass for close family and friends, in accordance with COVID-19 restrictions.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Princess Margaret Hospital foundation.
