He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Eugenia Gama Pinto; his daughter Patricia Gama Pinto; his son-in-law Robert Alonso; his granddaughters, Raquel and Sara Alonso; his parents, Mario Pinto and Herenia Gama Pinto; and his brother Justiniano Brazão. He was also cherished by his family, and his love for animals.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Cardinal Funeral Homes-Bathurst Time (366 Bathurst St, Toronto, ON M5T2S6). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 at 9:45 AM at the St. Mary's Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Princess Margaret Cancer Centre or Kensington Hospice in his memory.
