Francesca Scavuzzo Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francesca Scavuzzo (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on June 22, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Francesca departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Francesca. Though Francesca may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her husband Damiano. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Stefan Sikorski (Jola), David Scavuzzo (Sharleen), Michael Scavuzzo, Adrian Sikorski and Christina Scavuzzo (Anthony Molinaro); and her sister Nina Tibando (Ross).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vescio Funeral Home "toronto Chapel" (2080 Dufferin St, York, ON M6E3R7). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Church (640 Glenholme Ave, York, ON M6E3G9).
