Francesco Cappiello Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francesco Cappiello (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on June 23, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Cappiello and Giuseppe Cappiello; and his siblings, Luigi (Catarina), Michele (Antonietta) and Alfonso (Maria).

He is survived by: his wife Luigina; his daughters, Marie Altomare (Mimmo), Anna Maria (Adam), Franca (Tony) and Rita (Enzo); his grandchildren, Daniella (Matthew), Anthony, Daniel, Stefania, Lucas, Sierra and Julian; and his siblings, Antonio (Pina), Maria (late Rocco), Paolo (Lucia), Assunta (Giuseppe) and Rachela (Alfonso).

Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Funeral Home (7300 Hwy 27, Woodbridge, ON L4L1A5). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Epiphany of Our Lord Parish (3200 Pharmacy Ave, Scarborough, ON M1W3J5).
