In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Francesco leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Francesco may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Francesca Caruana; his children, Josie Russo, Carmelo and Alfonso; his grandchildren, Nancy (Anthony) and Frank (Karen); and his great grandchildren, Michael and Emily.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cardinal Funeral Homes (366 Bathurst St, Toronto, ON M5T 2S6). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church. An entombment was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Beechwood Cemetery (7241 Jane St, Concord, ON L4K1A7).
