With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Francesco Cozzetto (Toronto, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Grazia Patella; his children, Maria (Tony), Lina, Sandro and Silvano (Josie); his grandchildren, Clara, Daniela (Adrian), Marco, Graziella (Aaron), Giuliana, Matteo, Luca and Jackson; his parents, Maria Assunta Cozzetto and Giovanni Battista Cozzetto; and his brothers, Antonio and Donato.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, May 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home (211 Langstaff Rd E, Thornhill, ON L3T3Z6). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the Family will have Masses celebrated for his soul, or who wish may make donations to: Temmy Latner Centre for Palliative Care.
