He is survived by: his spouse Merle A. Jacobs; his child Katherine Baker (Kevin); his siblings, Teresita Maza and Tania De La Maza; his nephew Juan Antonio; his nieces, Tania, Cecilia and Nicole; his brothers-in-law, Patrick Johns (Colleen) and Richard Jacobs (Odi); and also Professor.
