He was predeceased by : his wife Joan. He is survived by : his children, Michael (Delta), Lisa (John), Frank, Jr. (Barbara), Stephen and Bonita; his grandchildren, James, Michael, Julian, Adam, Alex, Wade and Katia; his great grandchildren, Lana, Addison and Georgia; his sisters-in-law, Marie Marando and Madeleine Cranston; and his siblings, Bruno and Catherine Marando. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation attendance at the visitation will be limited & pre-registration will be required to attend.

He religiously accompanied Joan on her long and painfully sad journey with Alzheimer's, being her personal care giver, even when she was living in the nursing home.

“My condolences to Bonita and the Frank family on their sad loss. Frank was a great friend to me. It was our custom to meet in the lounge at the home to share with each other jokes and concerns regarding our beloved wives in his care for his beloved Joan. I observed that Frank was very compassionate, caring and helpful. Covid protocols interrupted our custom gatherings , and the opportunity to meeting again never occurred and now he is gone. May his soul rest in peace.”
