Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McDougall & Brown Funeral Home Scarborough Chapel (2900 Kingston Rd, Scarborough, ON M1M1N5). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John's Parish (794 Kingston Rd, Toronto, ON M4E1R7).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made by cheque to "Neil McNeil High School (Memo line: Spiritan Scholarships)"; Mailing Address: 127 Victoria Park Ave, Scarborough, ON M4E 3S2.

He and I were classmates years ago in the Redemptorists and my memories of Frank back then are of a warm, kind friend, and a deeply feeling man. When we crossed paths a few years ago it was the easiest thing to rekindle our friendship. I regret we now won't have more time for that.
