With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Franklin Burty Pereira (Toronto, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Monaliza Menezes; his children, Orin (Michelle) and Onella (Joel); his grandchildren, Lauren and Jayden; and his siblings, Antony, Sylvia, Patrick, Walter and Norbert.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McDougall & Brown Funeral Home Scarborough Chapel (2900 Kingston Rd, Scarborough, ON M1M1N5). A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Joseph's Parish (200 Morrish Rd, Scarborough, ON M1C1E8). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 201 Guildwood Pkwy, Scarborough, ON M1E1P5.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Franklin's honour to his cherished parish and church community, St. Joseph's Parish, Highland Creek.
