He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Lockrey; his children, Don (Rhonda), Joseph (Lyna) and Yvonne (Brian); his grandchildren, Bon (Cheryl), Jessica (Richard), Jenna (Adrianna), Lee (Emily) and Sarah (Tyler); and his great grandchildren, Isla, Liv and Leo. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
Donations to the Princess Margaret Hospital in memory of Fred will be greatly appreciated by the family.
