He was predeceased by: his parents, Ligorio and Lily; and his siblings, Edith, Jerome, Phillip, Marjorie, Joan and Maurice.
He is survived by: his wife Melba; his brother Ronnie; his children, Oscar (Kari), Darryl (Stella) and Wendy (Burl); and his grandchildren, Alexander, Madison, Aris, Kyla, Scarlett and Tristan.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Frederick's memory can be made to the Habitat For Humanity or the Down Syndrome Association of Toronto.
