Gabriele Assogna Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gabriele Assogna (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on February 20, 2026 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Gabriele leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Gabriele may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sons, Jason (Catherine) and Joshua (Elena); and his grandchildren, Jaxon, Gabriel, Tristan and Leni.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the DeMarco Funeral Home (Woodbridge Chapel) (8003 Weston Rd, Woodbridge, ON L4L0K6). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 25th 2026 at the same location.
