It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Anthopoulos (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on October 3, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Zisis Anthopoulos and Eleftheria Anthopoulos; and his brothers, Chris and Steve. He is survived by: his wife Judy Anthopoulos; his sons, Donald and Norman; and his sister Joanne. He is also survived by his family and the many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Centre (50 Overlea Blvd, Toronto, ON M4H 1B6). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John's Greek Orthodox Church (1385 Warden Ave., Scarborough, ON M1R2S3). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Pine Hills Cemetery (625 Birchmount Rd, Scarborough, ON M1K1R1).
