It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Layos Cerezo in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on April 2, 2026, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his former wife Irene; and his grandson Michael. He is survived by: his wife Precy; his children, Shirley (Patrick Bauer) and Sarah (Scott Denton); his stepdaughter Aina (Lawrence Tualla); his grandchildren, Andrew, Ethan, Hannah, Camryn and Ashleigh; and his siblings, Marietta, Lita, Erlinda, Ray and Aileen. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
