He was predeceased by: his parents, Wladyslaw and E. Halina. He is survived by: his wife Anna; his children, Brian (Sue) and Andrea (Mark Van Elsberg); his grandchildren, Adrian (Ellen), Gavin and Evelene Van Elsberg; his sister Hania (late Witold Sokolski); his nephews, Michal (Dawn) and Marek (Joanna); and his grandson Archie. He is also survived by nieces and nephew.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations to either the Heart and Stroke foundation or St. Joseph's Health Centre foundation building fund. (supportstjoes.ca).
