He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Polak and Hana Polak. He is survived by: his wife Laura Polak; and his grandson Alan Polak. He is also survived by 3 sons/daughters-in-law.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Giffen-Mack and Trull Funeral Home (2570 Danforth Ave, Toronto, ON M4C1L3). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
