He is survived by: his wife Rosamund Claire; his sons, Mark (Brian), Gregory (Jennifer), Paul (Jennifer) and Stephen (Margarita); his grandchildren, Véronique, Alexandra, Alison, Tessa and Greyson; and his siblings, Margaret Warfolk, Ed Moore and John Moore.
