He is survived by: his wife Claudia Margaret Wicks; his children, Robert (Joan), Christopher (Gina) and Colleen (Gordon); his daughter-in-law Noreen (Stacey); his grandchildren, Cameron (Sarah), Colin (Camelia), Shannon (Max), Kirsten (Taj) and Connor; his great grandchildren, Ethan and Arielle; and his sisters, Barbara (Joe) and Sandra (Alan). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Gil's name and memory, may be made to GADA (Canada) Genetic Aortic Disorders Association of Canada. (or other, Hospital etc).
