Visitation was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Elevated Tjfbx Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home (211 Langstaff Rd E, Thornhill, ON L3T3Z6). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Catholic Funeral Home.

“I will miss Gilda in the early morning hours as she came down just after I arrived at 5am. I served her a cappuccino and I had tea. She was lovely to talk with and she had a sweet spirit. She made friends with many and when I was not here, those residents made sure she had her early morning drink. Domenica and Little George especially. I will miss her and I am saddened by her passing. She is at peace and without pain. She will forever be in my heart. God Bless you all. Karen from Weston Gardens”
