He was predeceased by: his parents, Domenico D'Amico and Domenica D'Amico. He is survived by: his wife Giovanna Tremamunno; his children, Lina, Domenic and Luciano; his children-in-law, Lucy (Julia) and Benedetto; and his grandchildren, Antonio, Gianna, Sofia, Alexander and John.
