He is survived by: his wife Giuseppina; his siblings, Costantino, Giuseppe, Alfredo and Constantina; and his siblings-in-law, Iris, Stella, Cecila, Angie, Pat, Eva, Luigi, Rita and Anna. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In memory of Giovanni Pellegrino, donations may be made to the Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
