It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Giuseppe Polera (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on October 20, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Caterina; his children, Rosanna Loiero (Salvatore), Elizabeth Aquino (Mario) and Vince Polera (Darlene); and his grandchildren, Christian (Vanessa), Andrea, Luca (Christina), Marco (Deana), Valentina, Massimo (Liana), Christina, Nicholas, Chloe, Aria, Chiara, Gianluca and Giuseppe.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 8:00 AM to 8:45 AM at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home (211 Langstaff Rd E, Thornhill, ON L3T3Z6). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location.
