She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene O'Keefe. She is survived by: her children, Patrick, Maureen DeCaria (Frank), John (Jacqueline Hayden), Mollie Lahnsteiner (late Eric) and James; her grandchildren, Joseph (Elizabeth), Katie (Henry), Meghan, Brendan, Kate (William), Jordan and Ellyn (David); her great grandchildren, Aurora, Julian, Gloria and Quebec; and her family, Clarkson, London and Agincourt.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 19th 2026 at 12:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the St Vincent de Paul Society (https://ssvp.ca) or the Good Shepherd Refuge would be appreciated by the family.
