It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gracinda Marques Dias (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on March 21, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Gracinda Marques may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jose Dias; her children, Tony Dias, Fernanda Dias and Joe DeBrito; her son-in-law Joe DeBrito; and her grandsons, Nathan DeBrito, David Dias and Marcus DeBrito.
In honor of Gracinda's selfless spirit, the family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation in her memory.
