He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Mickolwin and Matthew Mickolwin; his former wife Rosita D'Alessandro; his grandchildren, Bailey, Taylor, Sydney and Raine Averill; his siblings, David (Maureen), Anne (Frank), Wendy (George) and Sandra (Ron); and his aunt Evelyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
