He is survived by: his spouse Patrica Lynn Moffatt; his sons, Joshua Charles Moffatt (Jezelle Alexis) and Adam Daniel Moffatt (Tina Gougoushvili); his sisters, Nancy McWatters (Gary McWatters), Patti Franklin (Mike Franklin) and Lauri Moffatt-Zawacki; his parent-in-law Pat Nicholls (late Dan Nicholls); his sister-in-law Tracey Nicholls (late Daniel Nicholls Jr); and his close friends, Joanne Stacey, Stephane Vilandre and Jeff Hempstead. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren, and friends.
