He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Sullivan. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Sullivan (Hosick); his significant other Linda; his children, Christopher (Stephanie) and Elizabeth; his siblings, Brenda (Greg), Louise (Kevin) and Daniel (Laura); and his grandson Arthur.
