She was predeceased by: her husband Demetrio Rizko; and her parents, Timoteo Kowalczuk and Susana. She is survived by: her children, Paul (Christine), Andrew (Trish) and Maria (Rick Scicluna); her grandchildren, Joshua (Erin), Tiffany, Josiah, Jennie, Emma, Erin and Anisten (Miguel); her great grandchildren, Josephine, Archer and Ixchel; and her siblings, Pedro Kowalczuk, Esteban Kowalczuk, Nadia Chripzuk, Lidia Sachniewicz, Maria Kovalchuk, Alejandro Kowalczuk, Basilio Kowalczuk, Victor Kovalchuk and Elvira Lisak.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Newediuk Funeral Home, Kipling Chapel (2058 Kipling Ave, Toronto, ON M9W4J9). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at the Glenview Memorial Gardens (Woodbridge, ON L4L1A5).
