She was predeceased by: her husband Franciszek Ciupak (Frank). She is survived by: her children, Ted (Diane), Richard (Lisa Ann) and Diane (Peter); her grandchildren, Christopher (Roxana), Kasia, Adam, Matthew and Conrad; and her great grandchildren, Felix and Olivia.
