She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph D'Onofrio; her parents, Ernest and Ann; her brother Jack (Estelle); her sister-in-law Lydia (Carmen); and her in-laws, Angelo and Rose.
She is survived by: her children, Michela and Deborah (Chris); and her grandchildren, Mike (Marlo), Cristie, Andrea (Dimitri), Joseph, Noa and Naomi.
In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests donations in Helen's memory be made to the Alzheimer Society, the OSPCA or Toronto Humane Society, causes that were close to her heart.
