He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Milligan and Consuela Milligan; and his sister Shirley Milligan. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Rose; his children, Grant David (Laurin Blake), Adele (Arunas Gataveckas) and Sandra; his grandchildren, Lukas (Amy Scriven), Katrina Gataveckas (Sean Horan), Kyle, Devin Runowski, Sean and Rhys Milligan; his great grandchildren, George, Elizabeth Scriven-Gataveckas and Montgomery Horan-Gataveckas; his sister Joan Massey; and his nieces, Laura McIntyre and Linda Cunliffe of Kincardine, Ontario..
