He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernhard Behrend and Martha Behrend. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary (Ziesman); his sons, Sandy (Lisa) and Andrew (Andrea); his stepdaughter Michelle (John); his grandchildren, Lexie, Will, Tanner and Riley; and his brother Harry (Janice).
