He was predeceased by: his parents, Christina Neblett and Patrick Neblett. He is survived by: his wife June Averil Neblett; his siblings, Amelia Wilson Trapp, Patricia Delores Neblett and Eustace Rutherford; his brother-in-law Eustace Rutherford (Patricia Delores Neblett); his children, June Ann Neblett, Ian Hamilton Neblett and Michelle Abigail Kershaw; his children-in-law, David Kershaw and Nishla Neblett; his grandchildren, Tyrell Johnson, Nylayah Neblett, Tineyah Johnson, Neylan Neblett and Fletcher Kershaw; and his great grandchild Skylar Johnson.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, January 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Albion Chapel (855 Albion Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9V1A3). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
