He is survived by: his wife Lidia Barszczyk; his sons, Andrew Barszczyk (Emily) and Mark Barszczyk (Shirley); his brothers, Rev. John Barszczyk (Marion) and Walter Barszczyk (Susan); his brother-in-law Roman Poznachiwky (Betty); his nephew Alexander Barszczyk (Christina); and his mother-in-law Julia Poznachiwky (Jaroslaw).
