In loving memory of Ik Chan Kim (Toronto, Ontario), who departed this world on December 28, 2025 at the age of 90. Ik leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Ik may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ik touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He is survived by: his children, Jennifer (Peter) and James (Sujin); and his grandchildren, William, Erica and Christopher.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to Ik Chanʼs memory may be made to the Cummer Lodge Long Term Care Facility and to North York General Hospital Foundation.
