Ina Kathryn Madden Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2025, at the age of 95, Ina Kathryn Madden (Toronto, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Hawes and Mildred Hawes (John Samuel Madden); her children, Colleen (Dave), Debbie (Brian), John (Jan), Patty (Jim), Chris (Andrea), Kathryn (Tom) and Mary Elizabeth; and her siblings, Don Hawes, Jean Ann Logan, Bill, Edna, Walter, Martha, Roy, Marie and Theresa.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McDougall & Brown Funeral Home Scarborough Chapel (2900 Kingston Rd, Scarborough, ON M1M1N5). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at 61 Fairfax Crescent, Scarborough, ON M1L1Z7. A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Resthaven Memorial Gardens (2700 Kingston Rd, Scarborough, ON M1M1M5).

In lieu of flowers, you may make a donation in mom's honour to her favourite charity, Global Strides Charity, supporting orphaned children in Kenya.
