With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene Atkinson (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on July 26, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ninian Macmaster and Greta Macmaster (Reeves); and her sister Dorothy Beaumont. She is survived by: her daughters, Maggie (Murray Smith), Pam Evans (David) and Julie Rumak (Ray); her husband Ronald; her brother Ninian Macmaster (Norm); her niece Bethany Beaumont Roy; her cousins, Agnes and Margaret; and her friend Scotch.

Due to Covid restrictions, visitations on Saturday July 31 will be held between 4 and 7 at Turner and Porter Yorke Chapel by invitation only.

For those who wish, donations may be made to an animal charity of your choice or to the Toronto Public Library.
