She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander McCourt and Margaret McCourt. She is survived by: her husband Bernard; her siblings, James, Eddie, Mary, Margaret, Catherine and Alex; her children, John (Hisa), Margaret Riley (Ted) and Anne (KL Wong); and her grandchildren, Brannan, James, William and Koan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McDougall & Brown Funeral Home Scarborough Chapel (2900 Kingston Rd, Scarborough, ON M1M1N5). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John's Parish (794 Kingston Rd, Toronto, ON M4E1R7). A burial was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Pine Hills Cemetery (625 Birchmount Rd, Scarborough, ON M1K1R1).
