With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jadwiga Zaleski (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on January 28, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Antoni; and her granddaughter Daniella. She is survived by : her children, Stasia, Zbig (Saverina), Halina (Terry) and Krzysio; her nieces and nephews, Helen (George), Irene (Ed), Wally (Janet) and Stan; and her brother Ed (Anna).

Donations in Jadwiga's memory may be made to the Copernicus Lodge Foundation, the UHN Foundation (University Health Network) or the St. Joseph's Health Centre Foundation.
