“I interviewed and hired Jim at Safeco Insurance company years ago. He was our property specialist and trained the junior staff members after they returned from the basic adjuster training in Seattle. He was calm and was the ultimate professional. He handled the large property losses. He was very knowledgeable, patient and a true professional. I last saw Jim when I visited Toronto a few years ago and had a pleasant meal and swapped adjusting stories. RIP Jimmy.”
