It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Leslie Chadwick of Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on May 9, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Douglas and Hazel Jacqueline Chadwick. He is survived by: his brother Michael Chadwick (Kelly, family: John Chadwick); and his close friend Craig Baker. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews.
We have made a donation to the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation in honour of Jim, and collectively, we wish his friends and family comfort in this difficult time.
