She is survived by: her siblings, Gerry Oosterman and Ineke Sutherland; her husband Gregory George Worthington; her children, Kevin Worthington and Janna Kastrin; her nieces and nephews, Greer Nicholson, Grant, Wendy Foster, Jeremy, Jeffrey, Joanna Worthington, Ryan, Brad and Tracy Wilson; and her grandchildren, Hayden and Zoë Kastrin.
