She was predeceased by: her parents, John Montgomery Lowndes and Marilyn Elizabeth McVittie Lowndes; her sister Susan Lowndes Harrison; and her brother-in-law Michael Jenner Jean-Marie. She is survived by: her son Andrew Shieck (A. J.); her child-in-law Ariel Taylor; her close friend Micheal Fearon; her sister Parry Lowndes; her brother-in-law Alan Harrison; her siblings, Margo Lowndes Jean-Marie and Jock Lowndes; and her sister-in-law Anne Howard Lowndes. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
