We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Joan Eggett (Toronto, Ontario). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Joan is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Joan's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Wesley Lyle Eggett; and her parents, Cecil Bugbee and Dorothy Bugbee. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ashley (Adam Schueren) of Trenton and Matthew (Melissa Tomlinson) of Peterborough; and her siblings, Robert Bugbee (Bob) of Oakville, Lynda Quirk of California and Philip Bugbee of Caledon. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 12:00 PM at the G. H. Hogle Funeral Home (63 Mimico Ave, Etobicoke, ON M8V1R2). A burial will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Glendale Memorial Gardens (1810 Albion Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9W5T1).
If desired a memorial donation may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
