Joan Lewis Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Lewis (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on August 5, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her former husband John T. Hart; her children, Elisabeth (Lisa) and Christopher; her spouse John M. Lewis of Toronto; her grandson Connor; her stepchildren, Eve, Suzanne, Catherine, Duncan, Michelle and Nicole; and also, Air Force Physician and Tokyo. She is also survived by her husband; her daughter and son.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society Canada or the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
