With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Marie Shand (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on November 5, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Gordon; her children, Mark, Barbara, Gregory (Janet Duffenais) and Catherine Cunningham (Brian); her grandchildren, Andrea Shand (Gareth Kent), Alexandra Shand (Jason Harney), Stephanie Shand, Megan Cunningham and Derek Cunningham (Anna); and her great grandchildren, Liam and Ewan Kent.

Due to COVID restrictions, the visitation and funeral services will be held privately by invitation only.

In lieu of flower donations can be made to, Canadian Cancer Society, Covenant House or a Charity of your choice.
