She was predeceased by: her husband Nicholas Dubick (Nick). She is survived by: her children, Debra Stephenson (John), Lasia Hooper (Noel) and Nick Dubick (Rebecca); and her grandchildren, Meghan, Kyla, Jack and Emma.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
