Joaqim D'Mello Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joaqim D'Mello (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on January 9, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Joaqim D'Mello to show support.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alexander D'Mello and Beatrice D'Mello; his wife Joyce Rodgers; his children, James, Jennifer, Jeanne and Jessica; his grandchildren, James D'Mello, Jennifer, Thomas Menezes, Jeanne, Victor, Sapphire, Emerald Misquitta, Jessica DeMello, Andrew and Vanessa Alphons; and his brother-in-law Clarence Rodgers (Cheryl). He was also cherished by his cousins, Godchildren, nieces, nephews and countless relatives and friends.

Due to the current pandemic, attendance at the funeral is restricted to the most immediate family only.

In lieu of flowers, if desired, the family would appreciate donations to either the Alzheimer's Society or the Cummer Lodge Volunteer Program (at the Home where Joaquim was a resident for the past 4 years, and the recipient of wonderful care).
